Due to copyright and ownership issues on most songs that we are looking
to use, we had to contact various artists with an enquiry. After deciding we
want to base our main task on the genre pop/alternative, we emailed the managers of these artists and their production companies to ask for permission to use
their product (song) in our video; we explained that it was for educational
purposes as it would feature as part of our A2 Media Studies coursework.
